In September 2021, we received Outline Planning Approval for the Pydar project so that we could continue our community collaboration and further develop plans and designs for Pydar. The purpose of this survey is to gather your feedback on the detailed designs only. 

We would like your views and to gather your comments, concerns, and ideas so we can set out a development that everyone can be proud of. We want to make sure all voices are heard, and we’ll be engaging with the Truro community (residents, businesses, and Councillors) through consultation events and online to listen to feedback and share all the benefits and opportunities of this development. We did this with you over the summer and we’ll continue to gather your thoughts throughout the planning process and beyond.

We would very much appreciate if you could complete this short survey (this should take no more than 5 minutes). This information will be used to inform the upcoming detail designed planning submission, known as a Reserved Matters Application, for Phase 1a and 1b. This will be submitted in early winter 2022.
