Accessibility

How accessible is the site?

Community is at the heart of this development. The development is not gated and the public space and routes through the site will be accessible for everyone in Truro to use. The site has been designed with open, wide routes, good sightlines, and appropriate lighting at night to ensure it is accessible for pedestrians, cyclists, wheelchair users, and buggies.  Despite the challenging topography of the site (approximately 18m fall) all primary routes/pathways and public spaces have been designed to be fully accessible and a public lift will be provided where the ground is too steep.  All homes will have step free access.
