Planning proposals

In October 2021, the Pydar project received Outline Planning Support. With this exciting endorsement for the vision for Pydar, the project team have begun the process to imagine the layouts and detailed designs of Phase 1A and 1B of the development. Working collaboratively with Truro City Council, the project team are excited to share these ideas with you as we prepare for the next important planning submission in December.
